Company

Built for the operating gap between security work and enterprise value.

Valty is organized around one problem: cyber work often becomes credible only after it is translated into source-backed, financially legible proof.

Company focus

Security leaders, CFOs, and operating partners need the same evidence object.

The product strategy is to connect operational security truth to business decisions without turning VALTY into another scanner, GRC, cloud tool, or spreadsheet.

  • Portfolio operating cadence
  • Source-linked evidence and proof packs
  • Financial-risk translation with visible assumptions
  • Publication controls for public, gated, and blocked claims

Leadership

Founder-led, and reachable directly.

We are early stage and we work like it. There are no fabricated logos or invented advisors here. When you engage, you work with the people building the product.

Adil Karam

Founder & CEO

A CISO with 20+ years building and leading enterprise security programs across healthcare, financial services, and technology, including CISO roles at Katalon and Payspan, where he led security through a $500M acquisition. He pioneered Revenue-Centric Security: translating cyber risk into board-level Value-at-Risk and winning $50M+ in enterprise and public-sector market access by aligning compliance (FedRAMP, HITRUST, ISO 42001) with business objectives. Valty is that practice, made into a product you can inspect.

How we work

  • Evidence first: no claim ships without a source, confidence tier, and freshness.
  • Stage-honest: we say what is live, design-partner, or roadmap, in product and in copy.
  • Design-partner cadence: weekly review, open roadmap, and priority on what blocks your proof.
  • Your systems stay yours: Valty reads from them and adds the financial layer; no rip-and-replace to onboard.

Accountability map

Named ownership for the claims a buyer will challenge first.

Security EBITDA only works if someone owns the model, the security review, and the publication boundary. Early-stage does not mean anonymous.

Methodology owner

Adil Karam owns the FAIR-style financial-risk methodology, model caveats, and the buyer-facing explanation of how EBITDA-at-risk is produced. Every financial output remains decision-support and carries confidence, source, and limitation near the number.

Security review contact

Vendor security, DPA, subprocessor, vulnerability-disclosure, and procurement questions route to security@valty.ai. PGP key and NDA materials are available on request.

Proof and claim gate

The product and the website use the same rule: public, gated, roadmap, and blocked claims are kept separate. Unsupported proof, certification, insurance, or customer-outcome language stays blocked until evidence exists.

Advisory posture

No advisor names, buyer quotes, or customer logos are published until consent is signed. Until then, the site uses proof artifacts, methodology, and stage-honest design-partner language instead of borrowed credibility.
